Back-Bone Gear Inc. (Back-Bone) is located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and ships to many international destinations. Customers from outside Canada are responsible for their own country’s import taxes, duties and applicable clearance fees. These additional charges are not included in the shipping price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying. Clearance fees can be determined by checking with your local FedEx, DHL, UPS or post office website. USA customers should be aware that tariff rates are changing on a day by day basis as Trump conducts his chaotic trade war, so when estimating import fees please take into account the unjustified tariff rates against shipments from Canada, along with the country of manufacture (listed below).

Although we modify and package GoPro and Sony cameras in Canada, the original cameras were manufactured in different countries. When estimating import tax and tariffs this is how the country of origin will be marked on the commercial invoice when shipping.
